Musculoskeletal atlas for personalised musculoskeletal system modelling.

The challenge moving forward is to integrate rigid body dynamic models with continuum representations of skeletal muscle dynamics (USTUTT-1) and joint contact, to rapidly generate musculoskeletal simulations that can be used in a clinical setting. This requires ‘scaling’ of muscle-tendon parameters, which we will obtain from continuum models of the muscle as well as integration of these parameters into rigid body dynamics.
